瑞典的學生宿舍必須在台灣就選擇完畢 ，便宜又好的宿舍是非常難搶的，所以要謹記選宿舍的時間，並且在搶宿舍之前，最好先申辦好帳號，以免到時又要浪費一堆時間辦帳號，等你辦好宿舍也差不多被搶完了。

Distansgatan -- 家庭式(共用廚房、衛浴)，有2~4人不同類型的選擇，有個人的房間，較靠近公車站，缺點是很多中東人(中東咖哩味)，離學校搭公車約15分鐘。

Tunnlandsgatan -- 宿舍式，一層樓約有12戶，分為2~3大區，有個人房間，一層樓一間共用廚房及客廳，每大區各有衛浴，靠近森林，離公車站較遠。---Tunnlandsgatan已被拆除(update by 2015/05/18)

Simonsland(Skaraborgsvägen)-- 個人式，房間內有衛浴設備，洗衣機烘衣機，廚房冰箱。最多可住兩人，預先跟房東說的話能租兩張床和兩個桌子。月租4840kr。離學校走路1分鐘，離公車站走路10分鐘。

Simonsland有三種規格：35、24、20m²，價格4840~3864kr (24、20m²的洗衣機跟烘衣機為共用)，跟學校要家具只能要兩張床、兩張椅子、一張桌子、一盞檯燈而已，要額外的傢俱要再跟學校聯絡。

搶宿舍時，20及24m²的Simonsland會顯示為Viskastrandsgatan 4，35m的為Skaraborgsvägen

Norrby --在郊區，宿舍較Simonsland舊，缺點也是很多中東人跟黑人，資料不足。

​＊注意：選擇住Simonsland及Norrby的同學，一定要主動寫信去告知要通電、申請家具，否則屆時住進去沒有家具也不會有電&暖氣。

搶到宿舍後，AB Bostäder會寄一封確認信，三天內回覆確認信並夾帶入學證明(Admission letter)。之後，AB Bostäder會再寄一封租賃契約(Tenancy agreement)，要列印下來簽名並去郵局回寄，這樣才算完成租賃宿舍。

完成租賃宿舍後，AB Bostäder會寄一封Paying the rent，要先匯第一個月的錢到瑞典，若想抵達瑞典後再去繳房租，也要先寫信告知，否則會被罰錢(併到下個月的房租裡)。

註：匯房租或匯錢到瑞典，台灣銀行手續費是最便宜的。

 

 

Paying the rent.

 

When you pick up your keys at the landlords office you must show a receipt, that you have paid the rent for August.

If you haven’t paid before you arrive in Sweden, you will get an invoice from the landlord to pay in the bank. Show the receipt to the landlord/-lady!

Note that the rent is to be paid in advance, so if you come in late August, and haven’t paid for August, you have to pay the rent for both August and September.
